Entari London is a curated womenswear collective offering handpicked fashion pieces from selected brands and designers.

Entari London is a brand operated by Kyüto Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

We operate the website and related services made available through entari.co, including all content, features, functionality, and shopping services provided through the platform (collectively, the “Services”).

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.

By using this website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. ACCOUNTS

Customers may create an account using email login or supported third-party login providers.

You are responsible for:

and all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the website.

4. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

We aim to display product descriptions, colours, sizing, and imagery as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on screen settings or manufacturing differences.

All items are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

discontinue products,
limit quantities,
update pricing,
or refuse orders at our discretion.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

We accept the following methods of payment:

By placing an order through our Services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, and account information. You further agree to promptly update your account and payment details, including your email address and payment information, so that we may process your transactions and contact you where necessary.

All prices displayed on the website are listed in GBP. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

By completing a purchase, you authorise Entari London and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including any applicable shipping charges.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed through the Services at our sole discretion. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or parties engaging in fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

In the event of a pricing error or incorrect product information, we reserve the right to correct such errors and, where necessary, cancel or refuse affected orders, even if payment has already been requested or processed.

Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

6. SHIPPING

We currently ship within:

the United Kingdom
selected European countries

Estimated shipping times are displayed during checkout and may vary during busy periods.

Entari London is not responsible for delays caused by:

customs procedures,
courier disruptions,
weather events,
or circumstances outside our control.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

items must be unworn,
unused,
and returned in original condition with tags attached.

We do not accept returns for:

worn items,
damaged items caused after delivery,
or products returned in unsuitable condition.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Entari London currently provides free returns for eligible orders.

8. REVIEWS & USER CONTENT

Customers may submit reviews and feedback.

By submitting content, you grant Entari London the right to display, reproduce, or moderate that content on our website and social channels.

We reserve the right to remove reviews or content that:

or unlawful.
